Call for Nominations Coming Soon!

To highlight the successes of agencies that are partnering with health care entities and spurring their replication, the n4a on behalf of the John A. Hartford Foundation, will be awarding the John A. Hartford Business Innovation Award at the n4a Annual Conference this July.
The award will go to an outstanding community-based organization that has made significant strides in contracting with health care entities; and as such, has substantially improved the quality of life for older adults. There will be a call for nominations in May.
