As discussed at the recent Board of Directors meeting, the term of the current n4a President expires in July 2012 at the conclusion of the Annual Business Meeting which is held in conjunction with the n4a Annual Conference.

Per the n4a By-Laws, the Association is seeking candidates interested in running for the position of n4a President.  The President serves a two year term starting the end of the annual meeting in July 2014 and continuing until the end of the annual meeting in 2016.  All members of the n4a Board of Directors are eligible to run for the office of President at any time during their term.  Board Members who are interested in running for President must submit a Presidential Declaration of Intent (see attachment) to the n4a office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6, 2012.  Once the Declarations of Intent have been received, n4a will prepare a ballot listing each candidate which will be mailed to all current AAA and Title VI member (dues paying) agencies.
