Survey Closing Soon! Tell Us About Your Health Care Contracting Experience

Our Aging and Disability Business Institute's Community–Based Organization (CBO)–Health Care Contracting Survey is closing soon! Don't miss this opportunity share your insights and experiences in health care contracting—take the CBO–Health Care Contracting Survey before next week's Wednesday deadline.

This survey only takes approximately 10 to 30 minutes to complete depending on your contracting activity. Even if your AAA has no health care contracts, we want to hear from you. Please take a moment to complete this important survey by Wednesday, August 4.

The CBO–Health Care Contracting Survey is an important part of the work of our Business Institute. It tracks key data on how AAAs like yours are adapting to new challenges and opportunities in an evolving health care market. Your responses will help us continue to develop helpful tools and resources for AAAs, raise the visibility of this important work and educate policymakers and health care professionals on the growing capacity of AAAs.

Don't forget, AAAs that complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary registration to a conference of their choice, valued at up to $700!

Your agency should have received a reminder email on Wednesday, July 28, from Robert Graham at AAAsurvey@MiamiOH.edu with a link to complete the survey. Please fill out the survey using your unique link. Questions and technical issues can be directed to the Survey Helpline at (855) 359-3033 or AAAsurvey@MiamiOH.edu.
