Community Care Corps Deadline is in Two Weeks

The deadline is fast approaching for the second cycle of funding through the Community Care Corps. Through the grants it awards, the Community Care Corps seeks to fund innovative local models in which volunteers assist family caregivers or directly assist older adults or adults with disabilities with non-medical care to maintain their independence. Proposals are due in just two weeks—by July 9, 2021—through an online application portal.

Download the Request for Proposals for more information on this exciting opportunity available to AAAs, Title VI Aging Programs and other organizations. To view examples of other programs that have already been funded, check out the Community Care Corps Facebook and Twitter. This national program is administered by the Oasis Institute with support from n4a, the Caregiver Action Network and the Altarum Institute with funding from ACL.
