n4a is Bringing Washington to You with the Aging Policy and Advocacy Summit

n4a's Aging Policy and Advocacy Summit promises to bring you the best and latest in aging policy and advocacy through exclusive trainings that will feature policy experts, lawmakers, DC insiders—and your peers. We've added new speakers to our lineup that will give you the scoop on what's ahead for the Aging Network.

Day 2 of our jam-packed schedule will feature a panel of experts in aging, disability and health care in New Administration, New Congress—What Does it Mean for Home and Community-Based Services and Health Care? This panel of experts will share their insights on Aging Network policy priorities for the coming months and years. Here's who you'll be hearing from on day 2:
  • Henry Claypool, a former top Obama Administration official on disability issues and a former ACL leader, has been heavily involved in the development of the Biden campaign platform, and served as a member of the HHS Agency Review Team for the Biden transition team.
  • Sarah Nolan, Deputy Policy Director for Healthcare, SEIU, also has advised the new Administration as an HHS Agency Review Team member, with particular emphasis on health care issues.
  • And n4a friend Bob Blancato, President of Matz Blancato & Associates, will use his longtime DC-insider knowledge to help attendees digest what all this change means for the Aging Network.
We'll be announcing more speakers in the coming days and weeks, so stay tuned to all n4a channels. In the meantime, check out the full three-day agenda and register today. And don't forget: we've added lots of sessions on advocacy for this year, so consider bringing along your Advisory Council or Board members, as well as your staff to boost their aging policy knowledge and advocacy skills.
