n4a is delighted to welcome four new staff members to our growing team! Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Monica Billger, Connor Kelly, Traci Wilson and Darya Rahbar as they begin their journey at n4a and continue to build the capacity of our members so that they can better help older adults live with dignity and choices in their homes and communities for as long as possible.

Monica Billger | Director, Public Policy and Advocacy | mbillger@n4a.org
Monica joined n4a as the Director of Public Policy and Advocacy in February 2021. In her role, Monica directs the association's legislative affairs and advocacy efforts to advance federal policies that address the needs of an aging America. Learn more about Monica.
 
Connor Kelly | Membership and Outreach Assistant | ckelly@n4a.org
Connor joined n4a in February 2021 as Membership and Outreach Assistant. In this role, he assists with a wide range of activities to support n4a's members, including membership outreach, database management, educational trainings and events, and special projects, such as n4a's Aging Innovations and Achievement Awards. Learn more about Connor.

Traci Wilson | Director of Research | twilson@n4a.org
Traci joined n4a as the Director of Research in January 2021. Her primary responsibility is leading the Information and Planning Grant Program, which is funded by ACL and includes the administration of the National AAA and Title VI Native American Aging Program Surveys, various topical polls, the development of resources and the dissemination of survey research findings. Learn more about Traci.
 
Darya Rahbar | Program Associate | drahbar@n4a.org
Darya joined n4a in February 2021 as Program Associate. She supports engAGED: The National Resource Center for Engaging Older Adults, Dementia Friendly America and other critical initiatives. In her role, Darya coordinates webinars and learning collaboratives, maintains online program resources, supports the development of new resources and content, and assists with evaluating project impact. Learn more about Darya.
